Famous Char Koay Teow Sauce (Apple Brand) from Penang .
Char Koay Teow Sauce has mix all the flavours you need in one bottle.
1. Heat up wok. Add in one tablespoon of cooking oil. Fry shrimps until half cooked.
2. Add in 1 teaspoon of minced garlic, 1 tablespoon of chili paste, bean sprouts and few leaves of chives(kucai), stir evenly mixed.
3. Add in Koay Teow / noodles and stir fry evenly mixed until the noodle is soften a little.
4. Finally, add in 1 egg, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and stir fry evenly again before serving.
