What is ATM/Bank Transfer?

ATM/Bank Transfer is a mode of payment provided by

Halal Food Master for customers who are unable to make instant payments such as Credit / Debit Card or Online Banking, and Paypal.

Upon checkout, you will receive Halal Food Master RHB Bank Account number which you can pay via any RHB Cash Deposit Machine or counters.

What is Interbank GIRO (IBG)?

IBG is a way to transfer funds or make payments to anyone using Mobile or Internet Banking. It can also be made via over-the-counter services at bank branches.

How can I check the bank account information to make a payment?

You can check the account number given to you while/after submit your order or My Account > Orders > Click on order ID > Under summary "Payment Method"

How can I check the order ID/details?

You can check the order ID/details after "submit your order " > order details/view orders or My Account > Orders

Is there minimum / maximum amount I can pay with ATM/Bank Transfer?

No, there is no minimum / maximum amount set for ATM/Bank Transfer.

However, if you intend to pay by Cash Deposit Machine, you will be limited to use selected bank notes only. If that's the case, please pay exact or greater amount. Splitting payments into the given account number will cause order cancellation.

Are there any charges when I use IBG to make payment?

Yes, the participating banks only charge a small fee of RM 0.10 per transaction (excludes GST) for Internet or Mobile Banking while Over the Counter (OTC) charges are subject to individual banks’ service fee rates.

I have not paid yet. Is there a time limit for payment?

In order to protect sellers' products from being held for too long and encourage healthy buy-and-sell flow, orders will expire if payment is not made within 2 (TWO) working days.

What should I do if I did not receive any payment confirmation?

Please do inform us through email or contact us regarding this matter with order number, payment date, payment amount, and screenshot of transaction (if required). We will get back to you as soon as possible. You are also advised to check with your respective bank to ensure the transaction is successful.

What is the step if using Mobile or Internet Banking IBG method?

1. Place order at HalalFoodMaster.com > Checkout

2. Select "Other Payment Option" under billing options > Click "Submit my order"

3. Login to your own bank's Internet or Mobile banking services

4. Look for "Fund Transfers" > the select Interbank GIRO

5. Key in Halal Food Master bank details and state order ID under reference column

6. Once payment successful, download payment receipt (in PDF Format) or snap a photograph of the transaction receipt (in JPG or PNG format) if using smartphone.

7. Email your payment receipt and order ID as proof of payment to support@halalfoodmaster.com within the given period.

What is the step if using Over-The-Counter IBG method?

1. Place order at HalalFoodMaster.com > Checkout

2. Select "Other Payment Option" under billing options > Click "Submit my order"

3. Visit any IBG participating bank branches and fill in the Interbank GIRO form. (Details required in the form includes beneficiary’s name, account number and amount to be transferred)

4. Upon completion of the form and indicating of the mode of payment i.e. cash or direct debit from your Current and Savings Account, the bank will process your request.

5. Once payment successful, please scan a copy of the payment receipt (in JPG, PNG or PDF Format) or snap a photograph of the transaction receipt (in JPG or PNG format) if using smartphone.

6. Email your payment receipt and order ID as proof of payment to support@halalfoodmaster.com within the given period.

What is the step if using ATM method?

1. Place order at HalalFoodMaster.com > Checkout

2. Select "Other Payment Option" under billing options > Click "Submit my order"

3. Visit any ATM machine of any IBG participating bank > Access ATM using your ATM Card

4. Select “Payment Transfer” or "Fund Transfers" on service selection screen.

5. Select Interbank GIRO > Select RHB Bank > Enter transfer amount and Halal Food Master account number > State order ID under reference column

6. Once payment successful, please scan a copy of the payment receipt (in JPG, PNG or PDF Format) or snap a photograph of the transaction receipt (in JPG or PNG format) if using smartphone.

7. Email your payment receipt and order ID as proof of payment to support@halalfoodmaster.com within the given period.

What is the step if using Cash Deposit Machine method?

1. Place order at HalalFoodMaster.com > Checkout

2. Select "Other Payment Option" under billing options > Click "Submit my order"

3. Visit any RHB bank Cash Deposit Machines > Select “Cash Deposit” on service selection screen

4. Enter Halal Food Master’s account number and deposit order amount.

5. Upon completion of the deposit, please print the payment receipt.

6. Please scan a copy of the payment receipt (in JPG, PNG or PDF Format) or snap a photograph of the transaction receipt (in JPG or PNG format) if using smartphone.

7. Email your payment receipt and order ID as proof of payment to support@halalfoodmaster.com within the given period.

When is my order processed after making payment for the order via ATM/Bank Transfer?

Once you email the payment/transaction receipt (proof of payment) & order ID to Halal Food Master, it will generally take 2-3 working days for Halal Food Master to confirm that your payment has been received by Halal Food Master. Once confirmed, you will receive an email notification and your order will be fulfilled according to shipping policy published in Halal Food Master.

Remark: If bank transfer is made but no receipts submit to Halal Food Master within this period, order will be cancelled.

What should I do if I made a mistake and transferred money to a wrong account number?

If you have paid to a wrong account number, please drop us an email with your bank-in slip at support@halalfoodmaster.com immediately.
