When will I receive my order?
After you have successfully placed your order, our Customer Service team will conduct a verification process and update you as soon as possible by email.
After successful verification, you may expecting to receive your order within
- 2-3 working days to West Malaysia
- 8-12 working days to East Malaysia
Shipping / Courier charges to International destinations:
We can ship our products to you via DHL Express and Janio . Just write to us for the products you wish to purchase, and we will give you the quotation, complete with delivery charges according to the country where you reside. We will send you an email invoice details which you can made the payment through ipay88 to us.

I ordered multiple items, but I only receive 1, where are my other items?
If you ordered from multiple sellers in one order then you will receive your order in seperate parcels. If you ordered all the items from the same seller and still find some items missing in your parcel then please reach our Customer service and we will investigate the matter for you right away.

Can I prearranged the date I want to get the delivery?
We regret to inform you that we are unable to accommodate scheduling of deliveries. However, you may coordinate with our courier partner to schedule according to your preference.
Do you deliver during weekends and holidays?
Unfortunately, our courier partners are unable to deliver during weekends or public holidays. Please expect to receive your parcel on working days only.
I need my order now, Can Halal Food Master speed up the delivery?
Unfortunately, we are unable to speed up the delivery, The delivery time for your order depends on the seller(s) you have ordered from. Once the item is shipped you receive a shipment notification.
I just received an email saying that my item has been shipped. When will I receive my order?
As the item has only just been shipped, it may take up to 24 hours to show on the website. Also, note that if you have ordered several items, these may be shipped separately according to stock availability. For the most accurate delivery time of your item(s), please refer to our courier partners or you may contact our customer service at 03-21666515 and look for Halal Food Master Department.

Products may be shipped from various facilities and therefore may arrive at different times. Also, note that if you have ordered several items, these may be shipped separately. you will receive individual emails with the tracking number for the different shipments in the order.
How can I know the exact date and time of the delivery?
We are unable to provide you with an exact time and date of delivery. Delivery times are influenced by product availability, geographic location of the Seller, your shipping destination and the courier partner's time-to-deliver in your location. You can check your order status online on your Order page after 3 days of order processing or you may contact our customer service number at 03-21666515 and look for HalalFoodMaster department.
Why do I receive my order in separate deliveries ?
Products may ship from various facilities and therefore may arrive at different times. Also, certain products are considered separate orders and will be shipped separately.Note that items that are shipped from international sellers may experience delays during customs clearing. You can also check the status of each of your items online in your Order page.
Can I cancel my order after order has been shipped?
Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate to your request for cancellation once the item has been shipped. In case your ordered item is from a Local seller you have an option of rejecting it upon delivery. Under the circumstances whereby item has shipped to your designated address, kindly decline delivery.
For overseas/international products cancellation will be considered prior to orders being shipped.
What if I am not at home when the package arrives?
You will need to sign a letter of authorization as a confirmation and indicate a second party at the point of purchase to identify the person.
You can also contact our Customer Service immediately after purchasing to inform us. The third party should present a valid ID along with the letter of authorization from you.
Is there any domestic area Halal Food Master cannot deliver to?
Halal Food Master can deliver to most of the domestic areas except some outskirt area from GDEX. Refer here to check if your area is deliverable.

Can Halal Food Master deliver the package to my office?
Halal Food Master will deliver your order following the shipping address you provide during checkout, whether it is your house address or office address.
