Ingredient: Vegetable Oil, Lemongrass, Galangal, Chili, Tarch Ginger, Sugar, Salt, Ginger, Kaffir Lime Leaf, Tamarind Juice, Lime Juice
Preparation: 400ml water, 500g food materials (Tomatoes, Lady Fingers, Mushroom, Ginger Bud, Kaffir Lime Leaves, Chili)
Cooking Method:
1. Boil 400ml (2 bowls) of water, add one packet of OKK Vegetarian Instant Tom Yam Paste. Stir well to mix for 2 minutes.
2. Add above preparation ingredients, allow it to simmer for 7 minutes or until it is cooked. Serve hot.
