8 slices fragrant fish slice, 50g Celery, 1 Tomato, Oil - For frying
Keep in cool dry place under 18'C
2 tbsp Veg, Tom Yum paste, 3 tsb sugar, 1 tsp seaweed mushroom seasonings, 150g Water
1. Heat oil and fry the fragrant fish slice until golden brown.
2. Mix all the seasoning, celery, tomatoes cook for 1 min. Add water and cook for 7 minutes.
3. Pour the sauce over the fragrant fish slice and serve while it is hot.
